FIBRE DRUMS
-Barrel top: iron hoop made of galvanized steel strip,good sealing, flexible opening and no rust.
-Barrel body: made of pure Kraft linerboard and polyvinyl alcohol glue.
-Barrel bottom: it is composed of iron hoop made of galvanized steel strip and plywood.
-The function of the barrel hoop is to ensure the strength of the paper barrel and maintain the roundness of the barrel mouth.

Designed to contain, transport,and extract cables in general and above all CO2, SubArc and animated welding wires.
The drum can be produced according to the Standard configuration and can contain up to 1,000 kg of wire that can be moved in complete safety.
UN CERTIFICATION:
The majority of our fibre drum products are certified to UN regulations, with a number of standard certificates covering a wide range of applications.
They can be tailored to your product-specific gravity/weight requirements .

WIRE TENSIONING SYSTEMS
The tensioning system inside the drum allows to maintain the correct deposition of the wire obtained in drumming process while handling the drum.
Subsequently, during the extraction and welding operations, it guides and controls the unwinding of the wire avoiding the formation
of knots and guaranteeing continuity of welding.

A: Before purchasing in batches, we recommend that you obtain samples for free, but you need to pay the logistics fee yourself,
and then purchase in batches after your confirmation.

A:We accept TT FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you. Payment<=5000USD,
100% in advance. Payment>=5000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,the balance before the shipment.
