Welding wire drum production requirements:
1) Outer drum: the upper and lower ends are reinforced by a galvanized plate forming hoop.
(2) Inner core: the upper part of the inner core is fixed with a hole (2), and the upper port is reinforced with a galvanized plate forming hoop.
(3) Inner core roll direction: counterclockwise direction, such as clockwise direction is unqualified.
(4) Drum bottom: Paste PE paper inside and outside, and cover with film outside.
(5) Handle: steel, the surface is galvanized. Use 4*12mm solid rivets and the outer drum firmly fixed.
The rivet head exposed on the inside of the drum is sealed with kraft tape to prevent conduction.
(6) Cover: the end of the drum (upper hoop) is chimeric with it, and there is a foam polyurethane sealing ring.
(7) Clamp: After the cover is covered, the drum body can be fastened without gap between the cover.
(8) The base of the drum and the junction of the drum body are evenly coated with neutral glass glue, and the contest is larger.
