Product Description

Zinc wire drum production requirements:

(1) Outer drum: the upper and lower ends are reinforced by a galvanized plate forming hoop.
(2) Drum bottom: Paste PE paper inside and outside, and cover with film outside.
(3) Handle: steel, the surface is galvanized. Use 4*12mm solid rivets and the outer drum firmly fixed.
The rivet head exposed on the inside of the drum is sealed with kraft tape to prevent conduction.
(4) Cover: the end of the drum (upper hoop) is chimeric with it, and there is a foam polyurethane sealing ring.
(5) The inner and outer walls of the drum are smooth, without bubbles, bulges, depressions, or glue marks. 
(6)The galvanized iron hoops at the outer barrel mouth and the bottom of the barrel should fit tightly with the paper barrel, be firm and smooth.
The interface of the iron hoop should be flat and without burrs to ensure smooth entry and exit of the welding wire.
